Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Summer is an amazing time of year. Last year I joined this hoping to sell some of my photographs and make a little change, but that didn't work out because there is so much artwork on this site and I don't think anyone actually ever buys any of it. I haven't used this much at all, but its another summer so I am back to browsing artwork during my boring days at home. Its a fun way to pass the time. There are a lot of great artists here.
